Renowned doctors and surgeons from different fields are invited to take sessions of different diseases/disorders. These sessions are held periodically at Agrasen Bhavan, Surat. These seminars are open to all and the only idea is to create awareness and help create a healthier life for as many as possible. Past seminars have covered diseases related to skin, liver, stomach, eyes, women’s health, stress and urology.
Self Awareness Programme Details: Every year , Madhusudan Group arranges a Self Awareness Programme with eminent speakers. In 2015 and 2016 they arranged a one week programme, at Agrasen Bhavan with Dr. Prajapathi as the speaker. Daily about 800 people attended the program. They have been successfully organizing this program since last 10 years.
Blood Donation camp is organized by Madhusudan Group, thrice a year where almost 500 people donate blood. Recent blood donation camp was in association with ‘Akhil Bhartiya Fresh Blood Donation and Health Care Charitable Trust, Surat’; organized in the premises of Madhusudan Rayons Pvt. Ltd., where the staff from all other units also actively participated and donated blood.
Madhusudan Group strongly supports the government’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. As a contribution to the noble initiative they involve everyone in the group from top management to labourers, to maintain cleanliness in and around the premises on regular basis. Apart from this, every year on 2nd October, they get down on the roads of Surat with the intention of cleaning the roads, the public properties and creating awareness about clean sanitation habits.
Preserving the environment is one of the objectives that Madhusudan Group abides by. They have a beautiful ritual of planting a sapling at on every employee’s birthday and then taking care of it till it grows up to a full bloom.
At Madhusudan, comfort of team members from top management to labourers, is of utmost importance. To help the staff get instant cash while at work, they have arranged for an ATM by Bank Of Baroda which was inaugurated by Shri Ashok Kumar Garg, the “Executive Director” of BOB, on 14th August 2017, right outside Palsana factory premises. The entire board of directors, department managers, and labourers were a part of this grand inauguration. This ATM can also be conveniently used by the passer bys on the highway, thus giving them an immediate cash solution while on the go.
